I believe everyone can benefit from a little Yoga in their life and we do not need to be strong or flexible to practice Yoga. If we simply allow each practice to be an active embrace of commitment to our own healing we receive the blessings and therefore contribute to the healing of the world.
I aim to host creative, nurturing, loving environments where you are able to explore and connect to the wisdom of your body, create space for understanding and acceptance of yourself. Simply, I hope to help you leave your mat standing a little taller, breathing a little deeper and loving a little harder.
